广州地区2型糖尿病肥胖人群抵抗素、胰岛素抵抗的水平 被引量：1

摘要 抵抗素（resistin）具有升高血糖、对抗胰岛素的作用。我们测定广州地区2型糖尿病（T2DM）的肥胖人群和体质指数（BMI）正常者的抵抗素、胰岛素抵抗和血脂的水平，探讨BMI、体脂分布百分比（BF，％）和胰岛素抵抗指数（IRI）与抵抗素的关系，现总结报道如下。
