早熟辣椒新品种黔椒3号的选育

Development of New Early-maturing Hot Pepper F_1 Hybrid, Qianjiao No.3

黔椒3号是以y38为母本,y15为父本配制的早熟菜椒一代杂种。果长11～15cm,横径2.5～4.0cm,肉厚0.28～0.35cm,平均单果质量25～35g,果面微皱,味辣,抗逆性强。鲜椒蛋白质含量3.47%,干物质含量29.00%,VC含量303mg/100g。早熟,从定植至始收55d,平均产量45000～52500kg/hm2。

Qianjiao No.3 is a F1 hybrid obtained by crossing two good inbred lines y15 and y38. The fruit was 11-15 cm in length, 2.5-4.0 cm in diameter and 0.28-0.35 cm in flesh thickness, 25-35 g in average weight of per fruit. And the fruit was very hot, slightly crimple. The content of protein, dry matters, VC were 3.47%, 29.00% and 3.03 mg/g respectively. It was early-maturing and the period from planting to harvest was about 55 d. Its average yield was about 45 000- 52 500 kg/hm^2.
