不同增效剂和调理剂对白银豆产量及品质的影响

Effect of Different Synergist and Conditioner on the Yield and Quality of Slivery Bean

研究了不同植物生长调节剂对白银豆产量及品质的影响。试验结果表明,DA-6、春雨1号、萘乙酸均能减少白银豆落花落荚,从而增加其产量,分别较各自的空白对照(不喷增效剂或调理剂)增产9.45%,7.77%和4.46%。各激素均能提高白银豆中可溶性蛋白质、淀粉、VC含量和降低NO3-的含量,并达到差异显著。除萘乙酸能显著提高游离氨基酸含量外,其他处理对游离氨基酸含量影响不大。

Effect of different plant growth regulators on the output and the quality of slivery Bean was discussed. The result shows that DA-6, Chunyu No 1, NAA reduced the flower and pod falling of slivery bean and increase the output of slivery bean compared with CK , increased yield by 9.45%, 7.77% and 4.46 % respectively. All kinds of hormone could increase the content of soluble protein, starch, VC and reduce the content of NO3^- in the slivery bean. Conditioner could increase the content of free amino acids obviously, but other treatments had little effect on the content of free amino acids.
