摘要
研究了铝胁迫对大白菜种子萌发、幼苗生长及其对幼苗根系相对电导率、根系活力、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性的影响,结果表明,随着铝胁迫浓度的增大,对大白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的抑制作用明显增强;大白菜幼苗根系的相对电导率和MDA含量均随着铝离子浓度的增加而呈现出增大的趋势,而幼苗根系抗氧化酶(SOD和POD)活性和根系活力则随着铝离子浓度的增加而呈现出降低的趋势。
The effects of Al stress on the seed germinations, seedling growth, root physiological and biochemical index of cabbage were studied. The results showed that the inhibitive effects on the seed germinations and seedling growth obviously increased with incremental Al^3+ concentration. At the same time, effect of Al stress on cabbage seedling root activity, relative conductivity, MDA content, SOD and POD activity was studied by the method of water culture. Relative conductivity and MDA content of cabbage seedling root increased with the incremental Al^3+ concentration increased. While SOD, POD and root activities decreased with the incremental Al^3+ concentration increased.
