摘要
为提高电能质量及电网运行稳定性,对电网调频和河北省南部电网一次调频现状进行介绍,总结河北省南部电网一次调频已开展的技术管理工作,并叙述提高电网频率控制水平的研究方向。
To improve power quality and make the grid run safely and steadily,as an example, this paper summarizes the technical management executed and introduces the current operation situation on primary frequency modulation in Hebei Southern Grid, finally it puts forwards the research direction for improving grid frequency control.
