通过对当前道路交通安全形势与交通安全评价指标之间关系的分析,指出当前交通安全管理体系中的不足,在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,界定各项指标的具体内容,提出更为科学的交通安全评价指标。同时依据指标指出当前交通管理部门短期与长期的工作重点,并提出有效的交通安全整改措施。

This essay analyzes the current situation of traffic safety and the significance of traffic safety evaluation. It does study on the current system of traffic safety management. Drawing on the research results at home and abroad, it puts forward to a more scientific traffic safety evaluation indicators and defines the specific contents of the indicators.
