材分制形成原因的思考

The author points out that the cai-fen system controls the component size in Chinese traditional state building,makes the component harmonious with house scale in general,commences on the material selection process of the structural carpentry,takes the regulations of the first grade timber size as confirming basement of dividing material as eight grades,and analyzes the causes of concrete size of dividing material as eight grades from practical operation,so as to help people recognize cai-fen system.
