Based on description of risk distribution principle,it discusses measures of enhancing cost risk prevention in the list price environment,points out that project risk is objectively existing,can not be transferred with will,if construction enterprise can reasonably distribute risk,adopt actively preventing risk measures,it can ensure smooth implementation of project construction,makes the project construction and management level on a new level.
