This paper deals with the structural characteristic of the East Fourth Bridge of Mudan river,and the instrument,method and the result of static load and dynamical load test on bridges.By this test,the author analyzes the characteristic when the bridge is in use,explains the bridge is under flexibility work stage,strength and stiffness satisfy a request.
