基于PLC的磁悬浮列车模型控制系统实现

摘要 提出并设计了一套磁悬浮列车运行系统演示模型,该模型能演示磁悬浮列车工作原理,包括高温超导悬浮、直线电机驱动和自动驾驶,并基于PLC控制器设计该列车控制系统的硬件和软件,实现列车在类∞型轨道上自动/手动行驶和精确停车。试验显示,该控制系统运行良好,能够达到设计要求。 The paper introduces a maglev model which could demonstrate the function of high tempera- ture superconductor, being driven by the force of liner motor and unmanned running. Based on PLC controller, hardware and software of control system have been designed for the maglev model, which could manage the maglev by auto or manual model on :c shape rail and drive it parking on station accurately. The result has proved that the system can work well.
