胶质瘤中MGMT和P53蛋白表达与临床病理的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的初步探讨脑胶质瘤中MGMT、P53蛋白表达与胶质瘤临床病理的关系。方法免疫组织化学(Envi-sion两步法)检测49例脑胶质瘤中MGMT蛋白表达及P53蛋白表达。结果49例脑胶质瘤MGMT蛋白表达阳性率为55.10%(27/49)。脑胶质瘤病理分级Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级MGMT蛋白表达阳性率分别为59.09%、50.0%、45.45%,各组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.754),MGMT蛋白表达在男性为59.26%,女性为50.0%,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.517);MGMT蛋白表达在>50岁患者中为53.84%,≤50岁患者中为61.11%,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.915)。27例MGMT蛋白表达阳性的组织中7例P53蛋白表达阳性;22例MGMT蛋白表达阴性的组织中12例P53蛋白表达阳性,胶质瘤组织MGMT与P53的表达呈负相关(r=-0.292,P<0.05)。结论MGMT蛋白表达可能与脑胶质瘤发生和预测放化疗敏感性有关,而与胶质瘤病理分级和临床特征无显著关系。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of O^6-methylguanine-DNA methyltranferase (MGMT), P53 protein and clinical-pathology in gliomas. Method The expression of MGMT and P53 protein were examined by immunohistoehemistry (Envision) in 49 gliomas. Results The positive rate of MGMT protein expression was 55.10% (27/49) in 49 cases of brain gliomas. MGMT protein expression in grade Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ were 59.09% ,50.0% and 45.45 % respectively, no significant correlation was found among them ( P = 0. 754). The positive rate of MGMT protein expression was 59.26% in male and 50.0% in female, no significant correlation was found between them (P = 0. 517). The positive rate of MGMT protein expression were 53.84% in cases aged more than 50 years and 61.11% in cases aged not more than 50 years,no significant correlation was found between them (P =0. 915 ). The positive cases for MGMT protein expression were 27 cases among 49 gliomas, in which 7 cases P53 protein expression was positive. Twenty-two cases MGMT protein expression was negative, in which 12 cases P53 expression was positive. The Spearman correhion was used to analyze this result, it was negative correlation ( r = - 0. 292, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The expression of MGMT protein may be concerned with the carcinogenesis and prediction radio chemotherapy in gliomas, but there was no significant correlation between the expression of MGMT protein and clinical-pathology in gliomas.
