自发性高血压大鼠证候特征及辨证论治疗效评价

Pattern Characteristic and Efficacy Evaluation of Treatment Based on Pattern Identification of SHR Rats

目的:观察自发性高血压大鼠SHR模型证候的发生和演变,及辨证论治疗的疗效及评价。方法:设置Wistar大鼠对照组,SHR大鼠模型组,同时采用西药及中西结合辨证治疗进行干预,观察四诊、血压、心率、心脏重量等指标的变化。结果:①西药治疗能有效降低SHR大鼠血压和心脏指数,中西医结合辨证论治作用有增强倾向。②与正常大鼠对照,SHR大鼠具有肝阳上亢的表现;与对照西药相比,中西医结合辨证论治改善SHR气盛方面具有一定的优势;西药和中西医结合辨证论治,有改善其爪色偏淡程度的趋势。③SHR大鼠虽然存在同病异证,但个体间证候及其严重程度接近,可能与动物尚处于中青年阶段有关。④以血瘀方为基本方,对血压和爪色能起到一定改善作用。结论:中西医结合辨证论治可以在一定程度上增强降压疗效、保护靶器官及改善证候,而如何不断优化辨证论治方案则是值得努力的方向。

Objective ：To observe the occurrence and development of the patterns in SHR rat as well as the efficacy of treatment based on pattern identification. Methods： The normal control group, SHR model control group, western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group were set up. The rats of different groups were given corresponding treatments and the changes in blood pressure, heart rate, heart weight and manifestations of four diagnosis were observed, Results： （1） The blood pressure and heart index could be lowered by western medicine and the integrated medicine showed better curative effect. （2）Compared with normal group, the SHR rats took on pattern of hver-yang hyperactivity ; the Chinese and Western integration method showed some advantages in ameliorating the qi-abundance of SHR eompared to western medicine group ; both the western medicine and the integrated medicine could improve the pale claw color of SHR rats. （3） Though there were different patterns among the SHR rats, the pattern and its severity were similar among individual rats. （4）As a basic prescription, the blood-activating and stasis-dissolving recipe could improve the blood pressure and claw color to some extent. Conclusion： The treatment based on pattern identification by integrated Chinese and western medicine can enhance the hypotensive effects, protect target organs and improve pattern to some extent, while how to optimize the scheme of pattern identification and treatment is worthy of further study.
