摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定九龙山国家自然保护区石杉科4种植物中石杉碱甲的含量。方法:以2%酒石酸溶液提取总碱,用高效液相法测定4种植物全草和不同器官石杉碱甲的含量。结果:石杉碱甲在采集的4种植物及其不同器官中均有分布,其中柳杉叶马尾杉的石杉碱甲含量很高,达到1 981.27μg/g,远远大于其他植物,石杉碱甲在不同器官中含量不同,总体表现为:叶>茎>根。结论:九龙山自然保护区4种石杉植物石杉碱甲含量较高;植物不同器官中石杉碱甲含量存在差异。
Objective: To determine the content of huperzine A in Huperzia serrata( Thunb. )Trey: , Huperzia lucidula( Michx. )Trey. , Huperzia crispate(Ching) Ching,Phlegmariurus coptomerianus( Maxim )Ching of Huperzia and Phlegmariurus in Jiulong mountain national natural reserve by HPLC method. Methods: The total alkaloids were extracted by 2% tactic acid and the content of huperzine A in whole plants as well as different organs of plants were detected by HPLC. Results: Both the whole plants and different organs contained hupzerzine A. The content of Huperzine A in Phlegmariurus cryptomerianus( Maxim)Ching was up to 1981.27 μg/g, much higher than that of the others. The content of Huperzine A varied among different organs of plant, ranking in leaf, stem and root from high to low. Conclusion: The contents of huperzine A in four species of Huperziaceae. In Jiulong mountain national natural reserve are relatively high and content of Huperzine A in the various organs of plants are different.
