介绍赵伟康教授培养研究生学术能力的心得:即重视研究生理论学习,导师以身作则对研究生要求严格,充分调动研究生的主观能动性和创造力。
This paper introduces Professor Zhao Weikang＇ s experience in the cultivation of postgraduates＇ academic abilities, including stressing postgraduates＇ theoretical study, advisors＇ good examples and strict requirements for postgraduates, fully developing postgraduates＇ subjective initiative and creativity.
