城市轨道交通线网的规划控制问题探讨

Exploration of Planning Control for Urban Metro Networks

尽管城市轨道交通的规划控制在目前规划管理实务中处于一定的优先地位,但也存在一些值得商榷和进一步研究的问题。回顾和梳理了各城市线网规划控制的相关理念、技术和机制,侧重剖析规划控制的目标、对象和技术系统中的经验与问题,并从基于控制的引导、阶段性分层次的梳理、技术标准与控制内容的完善等三方面提出了建议。

Planning control of metro transportation is always given priority to in practical planning management works.However,in China,a lot of questions are still in the consulting process.In this paper,theories,techniques and mechanism of rail network in Chinese cities are reviewed and sorted out.The planning control goals,objectives and experiences in technical solutions are paticularly discussed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,including how to control metro network planning and guide it actively,how to arrange in hierarchy periodically,how to improve the technique standards and control the contents effectively.
