摘要
目的研究左半结肠切除后大鼠剩余结肠的代偿性变化及生长激素对剩余结肠代偿的促进作用。方法首先将健康SD雄性大鼠随机分成三组,切除Ⅰ、Ⅱ组SD大鼠左半结肠10 cm,自术后第3天起Ⅱ组SD大鼠每日肌肉注射重组人生长激素,连续10日。21天后活杀取材,通过肉眼、光镜观察剩余结肠的形态改变,并检测结肠粘膜细胞的DNA含量。结果Ⅰ组(术后未用药组)与Ⅲ组(对照组)比较,粘膜增厚,腺上皮分裂细胞增多,肌层增厚。结肠粘膜细胞的DNA含量显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组(术后用药组)与Ⅰ组(术后未用药组)比较,粘膜增厚明显、腺上皮分裂细胞增多,肌层增厚,结构粘膜细胞的DNA含量明显增多(P<0.01)。结论(1)左半结肠切除后大鼠剩余结肠粘膜处于代偿性增生状态。(2)生长激素对左半结肠切除后大鼠剩余结肠的代偿有极明显促进作用。
Objective Purpose To research the Compensatory changes on the remaining colon of the rats after removing the left Colon and the promotion of growth hormone on the compensation of the remaining colon in the rats. Methods First of all, the health SD male rats were divided into three groups randomly,and to remove 10 CM long of the SD rats, left colon in Ⅰ and Ⅱ group,since after, from the first three days the group Ⅱ SD rats were daily injection of recombinant human growth hormone into the muscle,a row on the 10th. After 21 days the aninkals were put to death, Observe the change of the remaining in the form of colon through the naked eye and light microscopy and detect the DNA content in colon mucosa cells. Results Compared with the group Ⅲ (control group), the group Ⅰ(after no treatment group) was mucosal thickening, splitting the epithelium cells increased and muscle thickening. Colonic mucosa cells in DNA content was significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with the group Ⅰ (after no treatment group), the group Ⅱ (after treatment) was mucnsal thickening Obviously, the split epithehum cells, muscle thickening and the structure of DNA in mucosal cells increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion 1, The remaining epithelium cells of the rats being removed left colon was Compensatory proliferation status. 2, Growth honnone to compensate of the remaining colon was Playing a very significant role after the rats was removed the left colon.
