1号染色体扩增区MEF2D基因在肝细胞癌组织中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨1号染色体扩增区基因MEF2D mRNA在正常肝组织、肝癌细胞系及肝细胞癌(HCC)与癌旁组织中的表达并探讨其意义。方法利用逆转录聚合酶链反应方法对正常肝组织、13个肝癌细胞系及40例HCC癌组织与癌旁组织中MEF2D mRNA的表达情况进行初步分析。结果MEF2D mRNA在正常肝组织、13个肝癌细胞系及40例HCC癌组织与癌旁组织中均为高表达,其表达阳性率分别为100.0%(2/2)、92.3%(12/13)、95.0%(38/40)和97.5%(39/40)。MEF2D在各组的表达阳性率与-βactin相类似,差异无统计意义,均为P>0.05。结论染色体扩增区域常常存潜在的癌基因,由于染色体具有不稳定性,1号染色体扩增区MEF2D基因非HCC发生的癌基因,MEF2D mRNA高表达与HCC发生、发展无相关性。 Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of gene MEF2D mRNA on amplification district of chromosome 1 in liver tissues and liver cancer cells and hepatocellular carcinonm(HCC) tissues.Methods Assay the expression of MEF2D mRNA in liver tissues and 13 liver cancer cells and HCC tissue from dO patients by RT-PCR. Results The expression of MEF2D mRNA in tile liver tissues and 13 liver cancer cells and HCC tissue from do patients were significantly higher, the positive rate of MEF2D expression were 100.0% (2/2),92.3% (12/13), 95.0% (38/40) and 97.5% (39/40). The positive rate of MEF2D and similar to 13-actin, the difference was not statistically significant, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Larvaceous oncogene ivariably on amplification district of chromosome, because of chromosomal instability, the gene MEF2D on amplification district of chromosome 1 is not oncogene of HCC developed, The higher expression of MEF2D mRNA without dependability in genesis and development of HCC.
