摘要
对1132名高校教职工进行问卷调查,探讨了高校教职工应激生活事件、社会支持、领悟社会支持、应对方式与心理症状的关系。运用验证性因子分析得出指标对应的因子负荷显著。用结构方程模型对数据进行拟合,发现应激生活事件、社会支持、领悟社会支持、消极应对、积极应对对症状总分有直接影响,应激生活事件、领悟社会支持、社会支持、消极应对对症状总分有间接影响。
1132 University staff were surveyed. The relationship was studied among psychosomatic symptom, psychological stress, social support, perceived social support, coping style. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that indicators of the corresponding load factor significantly. Structure equation modeling was based on the data, and it was showed that psychological stress, social support, perceived social support, positive coping style and passive coping style had significant direct influence on symptom score, psychological stress, social support, perceived social support and passive coping style had significant indirect influence on symptom score.
