摘要
目的:以一实例介绍用SPSS16.0实现对不等距重复测量资料的方差分析和结果解释。方法:用SPSS16.0中的一般线性模型和程序编辑窗口实现不等距重复测量设计的方差分析。结果:球形检验结果P<0.05,重复测量数据之间存在相关性,采用多元方差分析(P<0.05);个体内变异计算,表明时间因素有效应且时间与处理因素之间有交互效应(P<0.05);个体间变异计算表明分组因素有效应(P<0.05)。结论:处理不等距重复测量资料时要慎重,利用SPSS软件易于实现对此类资料的方差分析。
Objective： To introduce the method of analyzing unequal distance and repeated measurement data with SPSS 16.0 . Methods： Using the general linear model and syntax editor in SPSS 16. 0 . Results： Mauchly＇s test result is P〈0. 05, which means there are relations among the repeatedly measured data. So multivariate ANOVA should be taken. Estimating within-subject variance indicates repeated measurement has effectiveness. Besides, its interactive effect with treated group has effectiveness（P〈0. 05）. Estimating between-subject variance indicates it has effectiveness（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Analyzing unequal distance and repeated measurement data should be cautious. SPSS package is available to fulfil this process.
