成都地区儿童脉冲振荡肺功能预计值方程式建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立成都地区儿童脉冲振荡肺功能预计值方程式。方法对549例4~14岁健康儿童(男292例,女257例),采用德国Jaeger公司生产的Master Screen IOS测定仪测定呼吸总阻抗、不同振荡频率下的粘性阻力、弹性阻力等指标,对各实测指标进行逐步线性多元回归,建立预计值方程式。结果以IOS各实测指标作为方程式的因变量,以年龄(A)、身高(H)、体重(W)及(A、H、W、A^2、H^2、W^2、AH、AW、logA、logH、logW,e^A、e^H、e^W)等14项参数作为方程式的自变量,作多元逐步回归,建立IOS主要指标的多元回归方程式,各实测值与所得预计方程式的相关系数均大于Lechtenboerger方程式的相关系数。结论成都地区儿童脉冲振荡正常值参数与国外预计值参数有差异,本研究所得预计方程式更适合本地区儿童。 Objective To establish the predicted value equation of impulse oscillometry for pulmonary function of children in Chengdu. Methods To measure the indicators ( such as total respiratory impedance as well as viscosity resistance and elastic resistance at different oscillation frequencies, etc). of the healthy children aged 4 to 14 in 549 cases by utilizing Master Screen IOS tester produced by Jaeger company in Germany, and then establish an predicted value equation by means of stepwise linear multiple regression to the measured indicators. Results The stepwise multiple regression is conducted by treating the measured indicators of IOS as the dependent variable and 14 parameters [like the age (A) ,height (H) ,weight(W)and A^2 ,H^2, W^2, AH, AW, logA,logH, logW, e^A, e^H, e^W ] as the independent variable; the multiple regression equation of the major indicators is established. The measured value and the relevant coefficients of the predicted value equation are all larger than the relative coefficients of leehtenboerger equation. Conclusion There is difference between the normal value of impulse oscillometry of children in Chengdu and the predicted value in foreign country. The predicted equation obtained from this research is suitable to chil- dren in the local area.
