摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀对抗糖尿病肾病患者肾氧化损伤作用。方法56例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和阿托伐他汀组。对照组给予降糖、降压等治疗,阿托伐他汀组则在对照组治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀10mg/d,疗程共12周。检测两组患者治疗前后FBG、BUN、Scr、尿微量清蛋白以及血脂、血清SOD和MDA水平。结果12周后两组患者FBG、BUN、Scr、尿微量清蛋白均较治疗前下降;与治疗前相比,阿托伐他汀组患者血脂水平较治疗前明显改善,同时患者血清SOD活性增高,MDA含量下降,二者之间的差异具有统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀除具有降血脂作用外,还可改善糖尿病肾病患者的氧化应激状态。
Objective To observe the effective of atorvastatin on anti-renal oxidative damage of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 56 patients of DN were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. Meanwhile, the other 28 patients in treatment group, on the basis of the control group, were treated by atorvastatin 10mg once a day, with a treatment course of 12 weeks for both groups. Levels of FBG, BUN, Scr and blood lipid (TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C), as well as malondialdehyde( MDA), total superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of serum were tested before and after treatment. Results In all cases, the level of FBG, BUN and Scr were decreased obviously after treatment for 12 weeks. However,the level of blood lipid was improved after treated with atorvastatin ,The level of MDA also decreased significantly and the activity of SOD increased significantly in the treatment group compared to control group. Conclusion Atorvastatin can improved the oxidative stress in DN.
