68件金属烤瓷冠并发牙龈炎的原因探讨

Exploration of reasons for gingivitis of 68 metal ceramic crowns with gingival complication after cementation

目的分析金属烤瓷冠修复后并发牙龈炎的原因,探讨减少牙龈炎的措施。方法对30例共68件金属烤瓷冠并发牙龈炎患者进行牙周状况和修复体的检查。结果68件金属烤瓷冠发生牙龈炎中修复体边缘不合符要求占70.59%,修复体外形不合符要求占10.29%,邻接关系不良占19.12%。结论修复体边缘不合要求、修复体外形不合要求、邻接关系不良是引发牙龈炎的原因。修复过程中注意对牙周组织的保护特别重要。

Objective To analyze reasons of gingivitis after metal ceramic crown repair, and discuss measures to reduce gingivitis. Methods 68 metal crowns and their periodentai condition from 30 patients with gingivitis were examined. Results Among the 68 metal ceramic crowns,70. 59% were found to be fringe unqualification, 10. 29% with contour unqualification, and 19. 12% with in interproximal contacts. Conclusion Dentures＇ fringe unqualification, contour unqualification and ill interproxireal contacts are reasons of gingivitis complication after delivery of crowns. It is very important to protect periodontal tissues during repair.
