显微微瓣技术治疗120例声带息肉疗效报告

Effect of the 120 patients with polyps of vocal cord by the mini-microflap operations

目的探讨治疗声带息肉在完整切除病灶的同时,避免损伤声带其它层面的显微结构,减少瘢痕形成,最大限度地保留喉的发音功能。方法我科2005年1月～2007年8月间120例声带息肉患者,在全麻支撑喉镜下利用显微微瓣手术,在Re inke层内完成手术操作,分析术后的效果。结果120例声带息肉患者术后均完成1～6个月随访,治愈113例,好转7例,复发0例。结论显微微瓣技术能够彻底治疗声带息肉,在完整切除病灶的同时,可以避免瘢痕形成,能最大限度地保留喉正常和高质量的发音功能的手术方法。

Objective Approach the management of polyps of vocal cord hat resecting the focus intergritily,retaining the vocal function of larynx utomstly, at the same time, avoiding the impairment of the mico-constit of the other decks of the vocals, decreaseing the formation of eieatricle. Methods Analyze the therapeutic effect of the 120 patients with polyps of vocal cord in our division from January 2005 to August 2007 who were accepted the mini-microflap operations in Reinke＇s layer with pedestal plaryngeal endoscope and general anesthesia. Results All of the 120 patients with polyps of vocal cord completed follow-up from one to six months,113 patients were curative,7 patients were improved,there were no patients palindromic. Conclusion The mini-microflap operation could healing polyp of cord completely, could resecting the focus intergritily, at the same time, avoiding the formation of cicatricle and retaining the nomal and high-quality the vocal function of larynx.
