摘要 目的比较3种不同的桩-核-冠(金属铸造桩核、螺纹钉树脂桩核和纤维桩树脂桩核)修复方法的临床疗效。方法对近2年修复的64例下前牙残冠残根的单冠患者采用3种不同的桩-核-冠修复技术,并经过2年的随访观察,评估3种治疗方法的疗效并应用卡方检验进行比较。结果纤维桩树脂桩核组的前牙桩-核-冠修复成功率优于螺纹钉树脂桩核组,其余各组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论纤维桩树脂桩核修复在防止桩核松动脱落,预防根折发生方面具备一定优势,适合于下前牙的桩冠修复治疗。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects using three different post-core-crown restoration systems (metal post,root screw-light-cured composite resin,fiber post-light-cured composite resin) in mandibular incisor tooth defect repairation. Methods 64 teeth were randomly divided into three groups after root canal treatment ( 1,2 and 3). Group 1 : restored with metal post; Group 2 : restored with root screw-light-cured cmposite resin; Group 3 : restored with fiber post-light-cured composite resin; and then combined porcelain fused to metal crowns. After 2 years,their clinical effects were analysed and compared. Results The successful rate of Group 3 (restored with fiber post) has significant difference with Group 2 (restored with root screw) using χ^2 test (χ^2 = 3. 488, P〈0. 05 ) ,There are no difference of successful rate between other groups. Conclusion Fiber post combining with lightcured composite resin has good clinical effect to restore lower remnant mandibular incisor because of its special anatomy.
