院前救护对急性脑血管意外患者预后的影响

Pre-hospital care for patients with acute cerebral vascular accident prognosis

目的探讨院前急救措施对脑血管意外患者预后的影响。方法对我院急诊科2005年1月～2008年7月经院前急救处置后收入院的188例急性脑血管意外患者的资料进行分析。结果院前急救措施处置不当组病死率明显高于处置非不当组（P〈0.05）,而院前急救处置不当组治愈率也明显低于院前处置非不当组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论对脑血管意外患者,应积极实施以生命支持和对症治疗为主的院前救护。快速、有效、恰当、全面、及时的院前急救措施对提高急性脑血管意外患者治愈率及降低其病死率有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the pre-hospital emergency measures on the prognosis of patients with eerebrovaseular accident. Methods Section 2005.1 - 2008.7 visits by the pre-hospital emergency treatment after the disposal income of 188 eases of acute hopital eerebrevaseular accidents in patients with the information for analysis. Results The pre-hospital first-aid measures to improper disposal of mortality was significantly higher than with the improper disposal of non-group （ P〈0.01 ） and the improper disposal of pre-hospital emergency team has the cure rate was significantly lower than pre-hospital improper disposal of non-group （P〈0. 05 ） with significant differences. Conclusion The brain of patients with possession of the accident, should be actively implemented to support life and symptomatic treatment consisting mainly of pre-hospital ambulance. Fast, effective, appropriate, comprehensive,timely pre-hospital emergency measures to improve patients with acute cerebral vascular accident rate, lower mortality rates have a positive clinical significance.
