影响护士安全用药原因的研究与分析

Affect the causes of safe medication nurse research and analysis

目的通过问卷调查研究分析与临床护士安全用药有关的主要因素,为护士用药环节安全管理提供科学依据。方法自行设计问卷调查表对全院在岗护士、进修人员、实习同学进行问卷调查,对获取的相关信息进行统计学分析。结果调查结果显示与护理人员安全用药有关的主要因素分别为护士责任意识、安全意识、药理知识、正确医嘱、查对制度5个方面。统计学经卡方检验分析护理人员随工作年限增加、职称职务的提高安全意识逐步提高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论加强低年资护士责任心、安全意识教育是保障安全用药重要的管理环节。

Objective To analyze the chief factors that concern to nurses using medicine sfely by questionnaires, we provided the bases for nurses managing medicine safely. Methods We designed questionnares to investigate all the nurses in our hospital,and doing the statistics analysis. Results Results display the chief factors are the nurses＇ duty consciousness, safety consciousness, medicine knowledge and the right doctor＇s advice, the check system. The stastics analysis display that nurses＇ safety consciousness are improved step by step with their ages （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It＇s a important link in using medicine safely that we strenth to educate the young nurses in safety consciousness and duty consciousness.
