不同标准评价飞行人员代谢综合征的患病率

目的采用三种标准评价飞行人员代谢综合征的患病率。方法在飞行人员中搜集常见的心血管病危险因子，根据美国的代谢综合征诊断标准、世界卫生组织的标准以及我国的标准评价飞行人员代谢综合征的患病率。结果330名飞行人员，符合美国NCEP ATP Ⅲ代谢综合征标准者28例，患病率为8．48％；符合WHO亚洲人代谢综合征标准者38例，患病率为11．52％；符合2007年《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》标准者40例，患病率为1212％。2007年中国标准的患病率与美国NCEPATPⅢ标准的患病率比较具有显著性差异，P〈0．05。结论飞行人员代谢综合征患病率较低，可能系飞行人员体质较好，年龄较轻，不同标准所得的患病率不同，提示我们应该进一步探索适合中国人的代谢综合征诊断标准。

Objective To evaluate the prevalence of the metabolic syndrome in flying personnel by using three different criteria. Methods The common cardiovascular risk factors were collected among flying personnel,and their prevalence of metabolic syndrome was evaluated according to NCEP ATPⅢcriterion, WHO Asian criterion, and Chinese criterion-2007. Results According to the three criteria mentioned above, among 330 cases ,28, 38 and 40 cases were diagnosed as metabolic syndrome respectively ,and the prevalence of 8.48%, 11.52% and 12.12%, respectively. The prevalence according to Chinese criterion-2007 was significantly higher than that according to NCEP ATPⅢ criterion.Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in flight personnel is low, maybe owing to their better constitution or younger age. Different criteria different prevalence, which suggest that a criterion suitable to Chinese should be further explored.
