摘要
通过对高强度含铌船板钢高温应力应变测试及试样断口形貌分析,得到该钢种第三脆性温度区间为600~1000℃,通过对该钢种二冷配水进行优化,使铸坯矫直前表面温度达到1000℃以上,可有效减少铸坯表面横裂。
The high temperature stress-strain tests and fractography analysis of the samples were carried out. The resuits showed that the third brittle temperature zone of the high-strength Nb shipbuilding steel is 600~1000℃. When the slab surface temperature reached above 1 000 ℃ before straightening by optimizing the secondary cooling water, the transverse surface cracking of the slab can be remarkably decreased.
