军工电子企业信息化策略研究

A Study on Informatization Strategy of Military Electronic Enterprise

分析了军工企业的结构及其产品的特点、装备研制需求,研究了国内外军工企业信息化现状及发展趋势,给出了军工电子企业信息化发展思路和信息化总体框架,并围绕企业数字化能力体系建设,讨论了基于CALS(持续采办和全寿命周期保障)的信息架构、资源规划和集成、研发环境、集成产品开发、项目管理等相关内容及工作要点,为企业产品创新和管理创新、构建数字化军工提供了信息化解决思路。

The constitution , product features , and requirements to equipment development of military electronic enterprise are analyzed. The current state and development trend of informatization of domestic and foreign military enterprise are reviewed. The development scheme and system frame of informatization of military electronic enterprise is suggested. Around the construction of digitalization capability of enterprise we discuss the full life-cycle information system frame based on CALS, resource planning and integration, development environment, integrated product development, project management and work milestones etc.. Thus, we provide some ideas for informatization to construct a digitalized military enterprise for enterprise product innovation and management innovation.
