摘要
轮胎硫化是产品加工的最后也是最关键的一道工序,现一般进行的热硫化均不能使轮胎内部均匀处于正硫化阶段,尽管可以在配方和硫化工艺上做大量工作,都难以使该问题得到很好解决.本文在简述了轮胎的传热和硫化机理之后,提出了变设定温度的硫化过程,由该方案实施的双模硫化机不仅可以使轮胎内部均匀处于正硫化,而且可以大大节约能源,约可节能20%左右.
Vulcanization process is the last and the most crucial,physical and chemical treatment of rubber products. The current heating process cannot assure that both the inner and outer of rubber products are all in suitable condition. Although many efforts have been made in formula and vulcanization technology,the problem haven't been settled. In the paper considering the conduct heat and analyzing the mechanism of cure process, a control strategy of variable-temperature set point is presented. It is practiced that this method can improve product quality greatly,it can also save on about 20% energy resources.
