摘要
基于可编程放大器AD526和模数转换器AD574,设计并实现了一种具有较高精度的应用于虚拟示波器的数据采集系统,对系统的电路设计进行了理论分析并完成了相应的实验。实验测试结果表明:该数据采集系统具有精度高、速度快、适应于不同幅度信号采集的优点,有较好的应用价值。
Based on the software programmable gain amplifier AD526 and A/D convertor AD574, a kind of high- precision data acquisition system for virtual oscilloscope is designed and implemented. The theoretical analysis to system's circuit design is carried on and the corresponding experiment is completed. Experimental results show that the data acquisition system has high precision and fast, it is adapted to different signal sampling rate and it has better value.
