摘要
以上海某电镀企业生产控制系统为背景,根据龙门镀铜电镀的工艺要求,介绍以三菱PLC为控制中心,以三菱GOT系列触摸屏为人机交互界面,两者相结合的控制系统。在硬件和软件两个层面上对生产线的控制进行了设计,采用结构化程序设计的编程思想,增加了程序的可读性及执行的准确性。该系统的使用,既降低了劳动强度,提高了产品的生产效率,同时也为长时间稳定运行提供了保证。
Based on the techniques demand of gantry copper planting, the software design method of control system, using Mitsubishi PLC as the control center and Mitsubishi GOT touch screen as the HMI are introduced. Since it uses the method of structured program designing, it enhances the readability and executing accuracy of the program. Using this control system, it reduces the labor intensity and improves the producing efficiency,also provides impelling endurance on enhancing reliability in long time use.
