复发性带状疱疹26例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 26 recurren t herpes zoster patients

目的了解复发性带状疱疹患者临床特点。方法对26例复发性带状疱疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果26例患者中60岁以上患者共15例(57.69%);19例初发和复发皮疹在同侧发生,其中5例在同一部位复发;7例皮疹于对侧复发。15例初发皮疹和疼痛较复发严重,5例复发症状较初发严重,6例初发和复发症状大致相同。9例合并有肿瘤或其他慢性疾病,1例合并妊娠。16例无合并疾病。结论26例患者均无严重免疫功能缺陷表现,年老、劳累、上呼吸道感染可能是带状疱疹初发和复发的诱因。

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of 26 recurrent herpes zoster patients. Methods The data of 26 recurrent herpes zoster cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results 15 patients were over 60 years old. The initial and recurrent lesions on the same sideipsilateral occurred to 19 eases. There 15 eases were with serious symptoms, 9 patients with tumors or other chronic diseases and 16 patients were without complications. Conclusion There no serious menffestations of immunodefieiency are observed in the 26 eases. Aging, fatigue and upper respiratory infection might be resposible for initial and recurrent relapse of herpes zoster.
