摘要
本文使用网络分解技术研究了模拟电路的故障诊断问题,导出了支路分块故障诊断方程,只需检验方程的相容性,按照最终的分解水平就能把故障定位到尽可能小的子电路中。对存在不可测节点、容差情况和连接支路的故障也进行了讨论。
This paper deals with the prob lem of fault diagnosis in analogue circuits using network decomposition techniqu es. A concept of the branch decomposition fault diagnosis approach is introduces . The checking of the consistency of the equations leads to the location of the faults in the smallest possible subcircuits according to the final decomposition. Acco u nt has been taken into the inaccessible node, tolerance and fault of connections branch.
