摘要
建筑行业受市场竞争的影响,形成了施工企业竞相压价恶性竞争的"怪圈"。由此,工程项目施工精细化管理日益受到重视。从对项目"精、准、细、严"的精细化管理入手,提高工程项目管理水平,实现开源节支,增强企业的核心竞争力。
Because of the impact of market competition of construction industry, there is a vicious race among construction enterprises to keep the prices down. Therefore, increasing attention is paid to the delicacy management of construction project. This paper discusses the delicacy project management which is ＂refined, accurate, detailed and strict＂ to improve the level of project management and enhance the core competence by means of increasing income and reducing expenditure.
