The Reform of Admission Examination and Enrollment System of Postgraduates

目前我国硕士研究生入学考试中作弊现象呈现集团化、高科技化、多发性的特点,其中基于考生个体的功利性目的、趋众盲从心理,诚信体系缺失等因素是诱发作弊行为发生的主观原因,而研究生扩招,考试制度不完善,题型结构不合理,考试法律法规缺失等外在因素是引发作弊现象高发,作弊手段不断翻新的客观原因即体制性原因。从体制性成因进行分析,建议通过改革现有硕士研究生招生考试制度,调整统考科目试题结构,推行两段制资格考试等方式,从根源上遏止作弊现象的滋生蔓延。

Currently it is not unusual that cheating activities prevail in the postgraduate admission examinations with a trend of increasing cooperation, hi--tech involvement and universal existence. The subjective reasons of the performance are the utilitarian purpose and blindly-following psychology of the individual candidates, and the loss of honesty mechanism of publics. Besides the objective reasons （also known as institutional ones） can be found like the excessive increase in enrollment, the imperfection of examination regulations, the improper design of examination papers, the deficiency of exam restrictions, and so on, thus resulting in prevailing cheating activities and constant improvement of means. On the basis of the analysis of these institutional reasons, the paper puts forward such proposals as the practice of postgraduate enrollment reform, the revision of exam-paper structure and the implementation of the two-stage qualification examination, etc. with the view to banning the breeding and spreading of cheating.
