摘要 在污水处理过程中,会产生大量的污泥。污泥的含水率高达95%~99%,导致污泥有巨大的容积,给污泥的后续处理带来很大的困难。通过介绍目前常用的污泥脱水絮凝剂的种类及其脱水特点,并就污泥脱水效果的指标进行了讨论。有机高分子污泥脱水絮凝剂对污泥进行调理操作简单、效果好,是比较常用的方法,能提高污泥的脱水性能,在随后的机械脱水中更好的脱水。根据实际运行经验,对不同的浓缩脱水设备给出了合适的絮凝剂种类。 There is an amount of sludge produced in the waste water treatment. However, the sludge contains a large proportion of water, about 95%-99%, which enlarges the volume of the sludge and brings too much trouble in the process of treating the sludge. This article describes the type and characteristics of flocculants. Then the effects of the sludge dewatering targets were discussed. Employing the organic macromolecule flocculants to pretreat the sludge, which is a simple but effective method applied widely, can greatly increase the sludge dewatering ability and then make the sludge lose a great deal of liquid in the subsequent mechanical dewatering process. According to the experiences of actual operation, the author suggests the appropriate flocculants in view of the different concentration dewatering equipment.
