核糖的作用机理

摘要 核糖是一种五碳醛糖,存在于一切生命细胞中。近年研究发现,核糖对于心肌缺血后补充能量和提高心脏缺氧耐久力,改善心脏总体功能有显著效果,并能提高运动后肌肉恢复能力,重建其ATP储存。同时还可用于缓解由MAD引起的肌肉僵硬、酸痛。另外核糖还可提高机体产生胰岛素速度,对糖尿病控制也有一定的作用,有望向药物方向发展。讨论了核糖的药用作用原理。 Ribose is a simple five-carbon carbohydrate (pentose)found in all cells in the body. Investigative studies show that ribose provides:an overall increase in physical energy levels, substantial increase in cardiovascular fitness and exercise, substantial reduction in recovery time following strenuous exercise or heavy labor, increased exercise performance and endurance, substantial reduction in post-exercise stiffness and cramping, control of glucose levels in diabetics. This paper discusses the function of ribose from its mechanism of action.
