摘要
目的探讨大学生自我体像状况,为大学生的健康教育提供实证依据。方法采用多维自我体像关系调查问卷对湖州师范学院337名在校大学生进行调查分析。结果大学生对自我体像的评价处于中等偏下水平;高年级对自我体像的评价较高;男生对自我体像的评价高于女生;艺术体育类学生对自我体像评价高于其他专业;乡镇学生对自我体像的评价低于城市学生。结论大学生对自我体像的评价较低,自我体像的认识和评价存在着很大的盲目性,应予以正确引导,提高自我体像的认识能力,促进心理健康发展。
Objective To explore the self-body image status among college students to provide empirical bases for undergraduate students healthy education. Methods Surveys were conducted with the Multidimensional Bodu-Self Relation Questionnaire(MBSRQ) in 337 students of Huzhou Normal University. Results The self-body image evaluations of college students were infra moderate level; the students in senior grade had higher self-body image evaluations; male students had higher self-body image evaluation than female ones did; art and athletics students had higher self-body image evaluation than other ones; students of small touns had lower self-body inmage evaluation compared with urban students. Conclusion The college students have lower self-body image evaluations, great blindness to the realization and evaluation of self-body image, and should be guided correctly to increase perceptual ability to self body image and advance psychological healthy development.
