灰关联法用于充填钻孔使用寿命影响因素分析

Application of grey related method in analysis of influencing factors on backfill drilling hole′s life

充填钻孔系统是一个复杂的灰色系统,钻孔的使用寿命与很多不确定性因素有关。针对充填钻孔的灰色特性,采用灰色理论中的灰色关联分析法,分析了影响充填钻孔使用寿命的众多因素,得出了各因素的主要关系及其影响程度。结果表明,影响因素的排列顺序依次为:孔深、施工质量、管道内径、料浆性能、充填倍线、偏斜率。从排序顺序可以看出,充填钻孔的设计与施工质量是影响充填钻孔使用寿命主要因素。

Backfill drilling hole system is a complex gray system, and backfill drilling hole＇ s life relating to a lot of uncertainty factors. According to the gray characteristics of backfill drilling hole, many influencing factors were analyzed by using grey related method of grey system theory and the order of influencing factors and their impact was concluded. The results show that the order of influencing factors followed by hole depth, drilling quality, pipeline diameter, features of backfill slurry, deflexion rate and ratio between total length and vertical height of pipeline （ L/H ratio）. The order of influencing factors indicate that backfill drilling hole＇s design and construction quality are the main factors.
