摘要
死刑执行监督是我国宪法和法律赋予检察机关的重要职责,具体包括行刑前监督、行刑中监督和行刑后监督。对死刑执行进行检察监督,有利于检察机关切实履行法律监督职责;有利于贯彻"少杀、慎杀"的死刑政策;有利于保障死刑罪犯的合法权利;有利于维护刑事诉讼活动的公平正义。
Supervision on execution of Death Penalty is legalities of Chinese proeuratorate which includes Supervision on ex - execution, execution and post - execution. Prosecutorial Supervision on execution of Death Penalty has cy of death penalty, protecting the legitimate fights of criminal awaiting for execution and maintaining the justice of criminal procedure.
