超声醇提龙胆苦苷的工艺优选

Optimization of the extraction technology of gentiopicroside by ultrasonic wave and ethanol

摘要 目的:研究复方龙瞿制剂提取工艺,优选最佳工艺条件,为研究及治疗仔猪、犊牛等幼畜腹泻奠定基础.方法:采用正交实验法,以龙胆苦苷为检测指标,考察料液比、提取次数、超声时间及乙醇浓度4个因素对其含量的影响.结果:复方龙瞿制剂的最佳提取工艺条件为:浓度为70%的乙醇,料液比为20倍,提取次数为2次,每次超声时间为5小时. Objectiv: To research the extraction process of the compound of Gentiana, optimization of the optimum conditions, to lay the foundation to research and treatment of the diarrhea of piglets, calves and other young animals. Methods: Use Orthogonal experimental method, detect Gentiopicroside for targets, research the impact of solid-liquid ratio, extraction times, ultrasound time and ethanol concentration four factors to Gentiopicroside content. Results: Optimum extraction conditions: ethanol of 70%, solid-liquid ratio of 20 times, extraction times of 2 times, each ultrasound time needs 5 hours.
