离子色谱法测定矿泉水中F^-、Cl^-等阴离子 被引量:4

摘要 建立了矿泉水中F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-四种阴离子的离子色谱测定方法.方法采用ICS-1000型离子色谱仪,Lonpac AS14A色谱柱,ASRS ULTRAⅡ抑制器,8.0mmol·L-1碳酸钠-1.0mmol·L-1碳酸氢钠混合液为淋洗液,流速为1.0mL·min-1.方法的线性范围广、线性相关性好(r=0.9992~0.9999),相对标准差(RSD)为0.28%~0.91%,平均加标回收率为98.97%~103.4%,最低检测限为0.0111~0.0522mg·L-1.该法测定矿泉水中F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-等阴离子,不需外加试剂对抑制器进行再生,具有操作简便、灵敏度高、准确、快速等优点. The quantitative determination method has been established for four anions including fluoride, chloride, phosphate, sulfate in mineral water by ion chromatography. Ion chromatography is ICS-1000 with chromatographic column of lonpac ASI4A and suppressor column of ASRS ULTRA II. The eluent is the mixed solution of 8.0 mmol·L^-1 Na2CO3-1.0 mmol·L^-1 NaHCO3. The eluent is performed at a flow rate of 1.0mL- min^-1. The linear range is wide, linear correlation is high(linear correlation coefficient is 0.9992 - 0. 9999). The determination limit is 0.0111 - 0.0522mg.L^-1. RSD is from 0.28% to 0.91%, and the recovery ratio is 98.97%- 103.4%. The suppressor column is regenerated without adding additional reagents. The method is proved to be simple, high sensitive, accurate and quick.
