The Use of Electrochemical Protection Technology on Steel Bin

简述了金属腐蚀的电化学过程,介绍了电化学防腐的两种方法,即牺牲阳极法和外加电流阴极保护法,以及在钢板粮仓防腐蚀上的应用。收集原始资料、确定电化学保护方法、选择阳极材料、设定阳极和钢板仓相对位置以及参数,是实际电化学保护设计的要点。保护效果的测定可以用阴极保护电位法或直接观察保护效果。

The subject of this paper is to summarize the electrochemical process of metal corrosion. Two methods of electrochemical anticorrosion, sacrifical anode and impressed current cathodic protection （ICCP）, are introduced as well. The application of the two methods on steel bin anticorrosion is also included.Collects the firsthand information, the determination electrochemistry protection method, the choice anode material, to establish the anode and the steel plate warehouse relative position as well as the parameter, actual electrochemistry protection design main point. The protection effect＇s determination may use the determination cathodic protection potential method or the visual observation protection effect.
