达尔康胶囊对胃肠运动功能影响的实验研究

Experimental Research of Daerkang Capsules on the Influence of Gastrointestinal motility

目的观察达尔康胶囊对正常小鼠胃排空及小肠推进机能的影响。方法采用甲基橙实验,通过检测小鼠胃内容物中甲基橙光密度来考察达尔康胶囊对小鼠胃排空机能的影响;采用炭末推进法测其小肠推进率,探讨其对小鼠肠推进机能的影响。结果达尔康胶囊可促进小鼠胃排空及肠推进机能,其作用与吗丁啉相当。结论达尔康胶囊具有增强胃肠运动功能的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of daerkang capsules on gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion motility in normal mice. Methods Helianthin experiment was adopted. The optical density of helianthin in the gastric contents of mice was detected to observe the impact of daerkang capsules on gastric emptying in mice. Carbon powder propulsion method was used to measure the propulsive rate of small intestine so as to explore the effect of the capsules on intestinal propulsion. Results Daerkang capsules could promote gastric erupting and intestinal propulsion in mice and such action was equal to that of motiliurn. Conclusion Daerkang capsules act on enhancing gastrointestinal motility.
