消咳喘片中金丝桃苷的含量测定

Content Determination of Hyperin in Xiaokechuan Tablets

目的建立消咳喘片中金丝桃苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇∶0.5%的磷酸水溶液(45∶55,三乙胺调pH至3)为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为355nm。结果金丝桃苷在0.12～1.92μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.56%,RSD=2.10%。结论所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于消咳喘片的质量控制。

Objective To establish the determination method of hyperin content in xiaokechuanhuan tablets. Methods Hypersil C is （4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）column was used, with mobile phase of acetic acid aqueous solution at the ratio of methanol： 0.5% （45： 55, triethylamine was adjusted to be pH 3 ） ,0.8 mL/min in the flow rate, at 30℃ and 355 nm detection wavelength. Results The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0.12 tol. 92 μg. The average recovery was 100.56% ,RSD =2.10%. Conclusion The method established is accurate, sensitive and good in reproducibility. It can be applied to the quality control of xiaokechuan tablets.
