绩效评价方法在体育领域中的应用

摘要 绩效评价作为提高绩效的有效途径,已被人们所意识到了。如何更好地提高体育领域中的绩效是一个值得关注的问题。通过对体育领域中的绩效评价研究进行梳理,从高校高水平运动队、职业体育运动队等方面,来了解目前体育领域中已存在的绩效评价。体育领域中的绩效研究还处在起步阶段,目前主要存在以下问题:体育领域中对绩效问题的关注度不高,与绩效评价相关的研究也不是很成熟。研究中存在的绩效评价与绩效管理的脱节问题等。 Performance evaluation as an effective way to improve performance has been realized by people. How to better improve the performance of sports is a matter of concern. This is mainly through the study of sports performance evaluation should be straightened out, from the high level college sports teams, professional sports teams in order to understand the current sports fields already exist in the performance evaluation. The research of sports performance is still in early stages, at present mainly in the following problems. In the sports area of concern about the issue of performance is not high and performance evaluation related research is not very mature. Studies exist in the performance evaluation and performance management out of touch and so on.
