体育竞赛中裁判员的角色是不能被忽视的。通过查阅一些关于足球、田径方面的国内外裁判管理方法和经验的文献资料以及我国制定的体育竞赛裁判员管理办法等条例,综述有关裁判员的管理研究,为今后使我们更好地掌握这方面的理论知识,制定有关裁判员管理办法提出相应的建议与对策。

The role of referee can not be ignored in competion. Based on the management methods and the experience of literature about the football, track and field, inspection at home and abroad, in the word, as the research of sports management methods, we can better control this area theoretical knowledge for the future development of the referees management approach. It puts forword the following recommendations and countermeasures about the referee of the management.
