摘要
目的:探讨术前健康教育对剖宫产术后护理质量的影响。方法:将我院剖宫产的孕妇180例随机分为实验组和对照组各90例。实验组运用标准健康教育计划实施健康教育,对照组运用常规的宣教方法,做一般性讲解。比较两组产妇产后肛门排气时间、早哺乳时间、产后出血及产后抑郁的情况。结果:两组剖宫产产妇在产后肛门排气时间和早哺乳时间方面有着极显著性差异(P<0.01),两组产后2h出血量和产后抑郁情况有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:术前健康教育干预可提高剖宫产术后护理质量。
Objective： Before discussing the technique, the health education after the csection technique nurses the quality the influenceMethod： C -section＇s pregnant woman divides into the experimental group and the control group stochastically my courtyard, August, 2008 to March, 2009, each 90 exampies. Experimental group utilization standard health education plan, the control group using the conventional propaganda method, makes the generality to explain, compared with two groups of parturient women post - natal anus exhaust time, nurses the time early, postpartum bemorrhage and post - natal despondent situation. Results ： Two groups of csection parturient women in post - natal despondent, postpartum hemorrhage and anus exhaust time, has and the significance difference（ P 〈0.01 ）, the hemorrhage ofter 2 kours operation and depression in two groups has difference sense（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Health education intervention before operootion may enhance the csection technique and nursing quality.
