Objective ： To explore the perioperative care with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Methods ：68 cases of obstructive sleep apnca - hypopnea syndrome patients with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, sum up the main points of care. Results：A detailed preoperative preparation and stringent postoperative care, to improve the success rate of surgery and reduce pest - operative complications.
